At Northern Spirit, a registered trademark, we believe in simplicity. We want your shopping experience on our WebShop to be unique, motivating, and above all, easy. We also love hearing from our customers — your feedback helps us improve both your experience and our products.

2. Orders
You can order our products directly via our WebShop. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from Northern Spirit.
3. Price
All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollar) for US customers.
Prices shown are for final consumers and include sales tax where applicable. Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated at checkout.
For customers outside the United States, additional duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
4. Methods of Payment

- Bank Transfer
Orders are processed and shipped after full payment is received. Items remain our property until payment is completed, but the risk passes to you upon delivery.
By placing your order, you authorize us to perform necessary payment checks to help prevent fraudulent transactions and verify delivery details.
5. Delivery
We ship to the US and internationally. We will make every effort to deliver your goods to the shipping address provided.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will do our best to notify you of any delays but, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, costs, or damages arising from delivery delays.
Risk passes to you upon delivery.
6. Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours after payment is received.
Standard shipping is sent via tracked mail or courier, depending on package size.
You can track your order from your customer account using the tracking link provided.

All packages are sent sealed and protected. If your package arrives damaged, you have the right to refuse it and it will be returned to us automatically.
7. Returns

US customers have the right to return purchases within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.
To start a return, please email us at contact@northernspirit-sport.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll then have 14 additional days to send the items back in their original condition and packaging, at your expense.
If you prefer, you may also include your order number and return the items directly, provided all return conditions are met and the order is clearly identifiable inside the package. Please include your packing slip, invoice, or a note with your order number and the list of returned products.
We will process your refund within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the items, using your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Returned items must be:

Unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached

Properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping
If returned items do not meet these conditions, Northern Spirit reserves the right to refuse the return and either keep the products or resend them at the customer’s expense.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
For hygiene reasons, socks, underwear, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
